Data usage

We collect user information via Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Google’s privacy policy can be found here. When you visit our site, we will store: the website from which you visited us from, the parts of our site you visit, the date and duration of your visit, your anonymised IP address, information from the device (device type, operating system, screen resolution, language, country you are located in, and web browser type) you used during your visit, and more. We process this usage data in Google Analytics for statistical purposes, to improve our site and to recognise and stop any misuse.

Contact form

When you get in touch with us via the contact form found on our "contact" section/page, we will store your email address, the time and date you sent it, your preferences and any other information you relay to us via the contact form. This information will be used for the sole purpose of communicating with you. We use Webflow and common email clients (like Microsoft Outlook) to manage information we receive through the contact form. Webflow's privacy policy can be found here.

Your rights

Ablevia will not, under any circumstances, share or sell your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes and you will not receive offers from other companies or organisations as a result of giving your details to us.We will never release personal contact information to third parties without your express permission. We will comply with legal requests where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example to government bodies for tax purposes or law enforcement agencies for the prevention and detection of crime, subject to such bodies providing us with a relevant request in writing).You have the right to access, correct, update and delete all personal information that we hold about you at any time. How do we protect your personal information?

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that we keep your information secure, accurate and up to date, and that we only keep it as long as is reasonable and necessary. Although we use appropriate security measures once we have received your personal information, the transmission of information when you submit it over the internet is never completely secure. We do our best to protect personal information, but we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to our website, so any transmission is at the user’s own risk.

Retention of personal information

We will not keep personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose or purposes for which they were collected. We will take all reasonable steps to destroy, or erase from our systems, all data that is no longer required.
